Beyonce is Hating on Jennifer Hudson

"I knew that the character that I played wasn't the star. She wasn't the underdog. She didn't have the struggle and the pain and the dramatic scenes that Effie (Jennifer) had, and I was fine with that. I already have nine Grammy's. Everyone knows I can sing. I did this because I wanted people to know that I can act and I can play someone so different from myself. Because I'm a star they just automatically assume that I'm not humble enough to sit down and take a back seat, which I am."
This one line did it all and made my mouth drop when I seen it:
"I wish I could've gained 20 pounds and played Effie."
I saw the movie already and even if Beyonce gained 100 pounds, vocally, she will never be able to hang with Jennifer. PERIOD. END OF DISCUSSION.

I don't know that she's hating, I think she's just saying she knows why Hudson is getting the hype and she's ok with that. I can't wait to see the movie.
wrong, fam. sorry dl. but you gotta admit this one. ppl have been making excuses for BE "forever"....blaming all of her antics when she shits on ppl (Namely, her fellow DC members)as "well her PARENTS are really the ones who put that in her head that she's better than everyone!"
Wrong. Its obvious that the Knowles have milked their beautiful, precious "CASH COW" all the way to the bank...since she was 16....but NOW, as an ADULT who is about to marry the "Greatest Rapper Alive" next week...

I can't believe beyonce aka bounce(we always trying to come up with creative names for our children) will say such rhetoric about J. Hudson. If she was REALLY an actress she would know just to accept that there could be someone out there that act better than she did. First she appears on Oprah and states " I lost 20 pounds for the role without any instruction from the director" and now she states I wish I gained 20lbs..I guess whatever it takes for her to be on top... I really like J Hudson and wish her continued success
Okay Lets Be Honest We All Saw The Movie Dream Girls And Come On Beyonce Can't Hold A Candel To Jennifer Hudson. We All Saw Her Sing "Your Gonna Love Me" Better Than Jennifer Holiday. So I think That Beyonce Is Hating On Jennifer Because She Has To Take The Back Burner. I Thought Both Of Them Did Well But Jennifer Just Out Did Her. I'm Not Hating On Beyonce. Honestly I Really Like Her, BUT Jennifer is better. Beyonce's Always Bragging How She Can Do Cartwheels And Sing, But Jennifer Hudson Can Sing A Song So Good The Words Start To Cry. So Beyonce Can Back Down Cuz J.Hudson IS Here To Stay And SHe's Just Gonna Have To Take The back Burner For A While. She Got Jay-Z What Else Does She Want??
