Serena Williams is officially under arrest by the HollyhoodBuzz Fashion Police. Based on this outfit, we're not sure if she's hot or cold, (but boots and shorts are NEVER a good combination) but she is guilty of getting dressed in the dark. Even her bag boy looks disgusted, and so are we!
